Troop 657 started the new year off with a bang. On January 7th 9 boys started the Swimming Merit Badge. The varsity boys tackled the Lifesaving Merit badge and the Varsity Swimming Pin. All this took place at the Fairmont Aquatics Center in Salt Lake City. The troop went back on the 14ht, and 21st to complete all the requirements. With lots of hard work and no drownings all 9 boys passed. The Varsity team still needs to complete one more week in order to complete the Lifesaving Merit Badge and Varsity Swimming Pin.
